Semi-flexible Disc
Semi-flexible discs are made by coating heavy duty fibre with multiple layers of a special resin bonded abrasive.
Features:
• Heavy coating of Norton SG Blaze ceramic alumina long-lasting grain and advanced resin bond
• Open structure
• Lasts 2x longer than competitive products
• Does not shed on rust-encrusted pieces, or load on soft metals
• Lighter pressure will finish similar to a medium grit surface conditioning disc; additional pressure will remove material (strip and clean)
• Less downtime, and less production waste/landfill
