Hypertherm SMARTSYNC Cartridges. Drag cutting and FineCut
The Hypertherm cartridge consumable platform is a revolutionary change to standard air plasma consumables.
Each single-piece cartridge is optimized by process and amperage to ensure performance while dramatically simplfying the parts needed to cut or gouge with plasma.
These cartridges have different dimensions as compared to traditional consumables which need to be factored when using cutting templates and guides.
Comatatible with:
- SmartSYNC™ torches for the Powermax SYNC™ systems
- Duramax torches using a torch adapter for Powermax 45® XP/65/85/105 system
- Can be used with Hand Torch only

65A metals up to 20 mm (3/4") thick PMX 65/85/105 Sync / PMX 65/85/105 with torch adapter
45A metals up to 6 mm (1/4") thick PMX 65/85/105 Sync / PMX 45XP/65/85/105 with torch adapter
FineCut:
FineCut® cartridges produce a narrower kerf on thin mild steel and stainless steel up to 3 mm (10 gauge) which is ideal for fine detail cutting.
30–45 A FineCut – hand cartridges are compatible with:
- SmartSYNC® torches for the Powermax65/85/105 SYNC® systems
- Duramax® torches using a torch adapter for Powermax45® XP/65/85/105 systems
