Approval of Products:

Before making a purchase, the Ministry of Social Development needs to approve the specific products you wish to buy from us at Arc Welding & Safety Supplies. This ensures that the items are relevant to your training and align with their guidelines.

Receiving Approval and Credit:

Once you receive approval for your purchase and credit is allocated to your Payment Card, you can proceed with making the purchase at our physical store. Remember to bring your identification with you, as all suppliers are required to verify your identity and sign off on the transaction.

Validity Period:

It's important to note that your Payment Card is generally valid for only 3 days. Therefore, ensure that you complete your purchase within this timeframe to avoid any complications.

Approved Goods or Services Only:

Your Payment Card should only be used to pay for the approved goods or services at authorized suppliers. It is essential to stick to the items that have been authorized to avoid any issues with your transaction.

Exact Payment Amount:

The Payment Card covers the exact amount of the approved goods or services. It is designed to provide you with the necessary funds without exceeding the agreed-upon value.

Transaction Decline:

If, for any reason, your transaction is declined, we will not be able to provide you with the requested goods. It's crucial to ensure that your purchase is within the approved parameters and that you have sufficient funds on your Payment Card.
